Where do you keep your gear?

This might explain why my bike trousers have started letting the rain in as they're filthy! Job for the weekend then.

We have a pretty sort of storage bench in our small hall and I dump all my bike gear on that when I'm working. If I'm not working for a day or two then the helmet and gloves go in one of the baskets, the boots go in the downstairs loo, and the jacket and trousers get taken upstairs into my room. If the gear is  wet then it gets shoved into the airing cupboard to try and dry before the next day.

Looks very elegant, not. Himself not impressed, but it's better than it used to be - I used to keep horse tack in the hall!

Hearing you say airing cupboard brings back childhood memories and not because I was locked in there!

Not at all mate in fact I hate the rain! Especially riding in it. Ironically I just checked the weather report for tomorrow and looks like I'll be riding to work in a storm  over the past couple of years here in Greece it has started to rain much more frequently and heavily. Only last week it rained so much certain parts of Athens flooded so badly the parked cars were on top of each other. Put a whole new meaning to the phrase 'pile up'

Oh wow that’s not good! The only precipitation that were getting here is snow and I don't think it’s going to disappear for about 4 or 5 months
