Lowering kit going in on Wednesday

My Powerbronze lowering kit has arrived and is being fitted on Wednesday. Then hopefully over the Easter break I will get to ride it on the road!!!!!!!!!

Brilliant hun, how tall are you and what you expecting it to be lowered to?

I am five feet nothing, or 152cm.  It should give me 3 to 5cm. After it has been done I shall assess as to whether I need the seat done or not. I hope not.

Depends what you want hun do you want your feet flat or reach the floor.
Boots with a high sole would also help.

I'm 6ft and I can have both feet flat on the floor on the zuma although I rarely feel the need to and normally just put my left foot down.

Hopefully you'll be able to at least get one foot down comfortably with the lowering kit  .

thats a lot of money to spend... surely the seat would have been cheaper to do

Because I am only learning I do want to get a flat foot down, both would be nice but def one. Doing the seat will only give 2-3cm. Not enough. I dont even know if the kit will do it, but if it doesn't then at least I know I can get more from the seat. I am not fussed on the cost, I want to be safe and confident and I dont intend on trading up or anything. This little baby will do me fine for a LONG LONG time so I am also not worried about sinking money I wont get back.

Have you tried removing the seat and sitting on bike and try for size.

Use high heels. You can do it , We cant use them

Not cheap, but Daytona do a boot with an internal stacked heel. It looks like a standard m/c boot from the outside.
