Anyone used this company before ?

To keep the worst of the winter weather at bay, I've been looking for a set of handguards - far from stylish, but when it's freezing cold, who cares

Even with shipping, they're about 1/3 of the price as those from companies such as Acerbis.

I've had to create an account, paid with Paypal, but at that price, it has to be worth a go

Hi, I bought a set of these handguards and fyi I have posted a cut and paste from the final email I sent to them after a long and complicated ediscussion. (there was no reply to this one!) Hope it helps, but until you have the parts to hand it probably won't make much sense. At the end of the day, they don't look too bad and they seem to work OK. Cheers.

In summary, I see the situation as follows:
You should make it obvious these are generic handguards and a bit of fitting is required.
The instructions on the web site are wrong. Fitting is NOT simply undoing four bolts, fitting the guards, and replacing the bolts!
Longer bolts are needed for the bar ends.
 
The above points are facts; what follows next is my opinion:

Firstly, re the brake lever guard
I didn’t want to put the “s” bar on top of the lever because I couldn’t see how it would fit without a washer, and I didn’t want to change the way the lever is fitted.
The front brake is a crucial part of operating a motorcycle and I didn’t want to change the engineering involved with the way the bolt head is recessed into the lever housing.
The “s” bracket does fit UNDER the lever housing using the existing bolt and nut.

Secondly, re the clutch lever guard
It can’t go under the housing because the “s” bracket won’t fit underneath. It must go on TOP of the housing.
If you put the “s” bracket hole (ie not the slot, which is not wide enough anyway) on the housing bolt, you need a washer to hold the bracket on.
Depending on which guard you have put on each side you will need to drill an extra  bolt hole in one of the guards (maybe the Chinese writing inside the guard indicates which is left and right site, I don’t know.)
With the brake “s” bracket mounted below the housing and the clutch above, there is not much room for the clutch hand between the handlebar and the plastic handguard. I solved this problem by putting a 20mm spacer between the “s” bracket and the guard.
 

I hope you can understand all this because I have found it difficult to put in writing, but at the end of the day the whole problem is caused by not having proper instructions in the first place.

I realise these handguards are probably not big selling items for you and they won’t generate a lot of revenue. Nevertheless, you do have many good looking items for the Inazuma which seems to be selling really well all around the world. I wouldn’t think it would be a good idea to jeopardise your good business for the sake of these minor items not being up to scratch.

In my opinion you should either get the handguards sorted with a proper fitting kit and decent instructions, or take them off your website.

Many thanks for that. I don't mind doing a bit of minor fitting work, but I did think these would come with all the necessary parts, as they're being sold specifically for the Inazuma.

My order's still "progressing". It'll be interesting to see what comes
