Is the GW250 considered high falutin in England?

A few months ago I "joined" a Facebook group called "Great fun on small bikes", a Facebook page for bikes 250cc and under. I don't believe I've ever seen a post there from a GW250 owner.  Admittedly, the GW250 is far superior  to most bikes in the displacement range, but still, why aren't there more enthusiastic owners posting over there?  More seriously, the group is interesting in that it shows many older, interesting bikes, but there are also a lot of wanker  bikes (and supposedly their owners  ), but never a GW250. Are GW250s rare on English motorways?

Personally I'd never even heard of one before I got mine in 2021. I actually found it on Ebay by accident while I was searching for something completely different. Last time I checked there were about 750 registered on UK roads so they're not that common. I've only ever seen one other one since I got mine, but to be fair 250cc isn't that popular a size over here anyway...

250s aren't popular over here at all, sadly. People are missing out.

That 250s are not popular there is a bit of a surprise.
England has all of those narrow twisty roads and anything smaller than a 250 would
seem to have limited usefulness.   But that does explain why I have never seen
a GW250 on that Facebook page.  I don't think the GW250 sold well in the U.S. and
I also read they were overpriced & didn't sell well in India. I gotta wonder if Suzuki
sold them (well) ANYWHERE.

Ugly? It's in the eye etc . Daimler SP 250  might be ugly but it's just beautifuly purposful   .Warm weather please

  I saw another Zuma, once, back in 2015  - it was an all black specimen. Occasionally motorists have asked  about the capacity and were surprised when I told them what it actually  was. Hopefully a measure of  esteem for such a "big" bike  would result in less  bullying by cars.

I’m in New Zealand right now and have seen a good handful of GW250 Inazumas around. It seems they were popular somewhere!
