It's not only me, it's that pre emtiff wotever you call it does my ed in.
It's had a couple of pops in that last sentence.

Oil changed
I was contemplating changing the oil filter as well but decided that it can wait until 10000 klm service (as per service manual)
Back on the bike again today after a few days of withdrawal symptoms .... loved every minute of it.
Bike running well.
I love my Zuma

  If your going to change the oil, why not the filter as well?
Now you are going to have clean oil going through a dirty filter.

Yeah I thought about that Pat .... when I bought the oil, the bloke at the shop reckons there was no real need to change the filter as well .... if it was really necessary and a must do, they'd tell you to do it at every oil change in the service manual.
I used to work for an air compressor company and when you start running synthetic / semi synthetic oils, the oil filters last longer because you don't get the same crap that comes out of the mineral oils. You more or less double the life of the oil filter.
Truth be told, synthetic oils have a much longer life span than mineral oils  - under "normal" operating conditions. You can get double the life expectancy of a mineral oil.
Oh .... and there's absolutely nothing wrong with being finicky :)

I'm no expert - I make decisions based on what people tell me, what I read and what I've seen .... having said that, I've been known to make wrong decisions here and there, lol.
