rear shock absorber setting

hi how i can adjust the rear mono shock suspension by myself i know the tool which is use to adjust the suspension from 1 to 7 position but how to use it. i cant get it from anywhere even in user manual there is nothing specefic given about how to do it. it is just given that with given tool in tool kit you can adjust the position of rear suspension please explain me how to adjust it

Take the seat off.
The 'C' spanner in the toolkit locates in the rectangular slots in the shock absorber, immediately above the spring.
If you look carefully, there are numbers stamped above each slot.

To adjust, fit the spanner in a suitable slot and turn the top section of the shock.
What you are actually doing is altering the preload on the spring.
If you are on the softest setting and can't turn the spanner, try turning the other way. You won't be able to turn it from the softest, straight to the hardest setting.

What setting do you ride at? I never bother changing it off default which I think is 3.

Setting 2 for me. I find the suspension a little hard over potholes etc

I add 3 clicks with a pillion
