what does the lowering kit come with? I couldn't find it online. I lowered mine so my wife can ride it, she could barely touch ground on tiptoes. now she can get both feet almost flat. It cost me nothing. I pulled off the shock and then the preload adjusting ring and ground down the lowest slot to allow the lightest preload, then just raised the forks to level it out. I also shaved the seat, making it flatter and contouring the sides to narrow it a bit.

I put a pic of the part they took out of my bike back on page 4 of this thread. It was expensive but it has done the job.

I think the kit lowered more. But I am sooo stumpy I needed both.

Hi Flexydude. I would be interested in knowing more about how you lowered your bike. Did you take any photos?
    Cheers.

What did you do for the kickstand?  My dealer suggested I get it altered to compensate for the lowering.

Old thread but I one of the only threads about a lowering kit so I'll revive it.  I installed the Powerbronze lowering kit for the inazuma250 (GW250 in the USA).  Sat on the bike and now instead of my feet barely touching I can get the toes and balls of my feet on the ground (front half of the foot not what that is called). I'm 5'3.  Did not alter the kickstand.  I definitely feel more comfortable sitting on it now.
