rear mudguard trim down

hi guys..new to this site,(and to riding bikes-I used to ride vespas)I just bought my GW250 brand new two weeks ago, and today I decides to de sticker a bit of it (too many flashes etc)..and decided to shorten my rear mudguard by about 3-4 inches

looks good man, also looks like you like to live dangerously and did it with the tyre still on 

which stickers did you get rid of?

Lol..oh yes kept the wheel on..lol..i cut it straight across first then used the cut off piece and used it as a template..the stickers i removed were the "inazuma"one and a few flashes here and there also the warning sticker on the tank..a little bit of heat and they came off no probs...i also put some mirror extenders on..man they make 100% difference to rear vision.

It does look good but you do know that they call it a mud guard for a reason?  As long you achieved what you were hoping to anyway.

lol, yes, it still catches the mud just not all the way down to the tarmac...

Cheers scoot...orange...believe it or not, this place was named after prince William of Orange...lol...strange i thought..
