Inazuma 250 F

I quite like the look of the F model...Suzuki did the same thing with the old GS500, started off as a naked bike then updated it with a fairing. My local dealer is expecting one some time in March so I'll go and have a look round and see if I can blag a ride. I think the main concern would be how much extra weight the fairing adds, as the Inazuma is too heavy for a 250 already, imho! It also looks like Suzuki have gone for a one piece handlebar on the F and looking at the pictures it possibly gives a more upright riding position, which may suit some?

According to Suzuki website, there is a 6kg difference.  Maybe, better aerodynamic will compensate for the weight.  Another question I have is where the wind will be redirected by the windshield.

I thought the naked was pretty upright already. I doubt my dealer will get the faired model so I don't suppose I'll get to sit on one. They were pretty happy to get rid of it when I bought it in June as there was little interest and June is late to buy bikes her. Apparently most Canadians buy bikes before the snow is gone!

That's what manufacturers want.  There is a $500 discount on GW250 until March 31st + 4 extra years of Suzuki protection plan.  I am really tempted!

You know what the say "sh#t or get off the pot." 4 years warranty sounds like a sweet deal. In Canada we don't have to get stamps to keep our warranty valid like most places, so its a bit easier.

Be nice when black fairing panels are offered as an add on. I'd certainly consider it.

Our owners manual here have no spot for stamps. If they questioned regular service all you need is to show your bills. Servicing can be done anywhere as long as you can show it was done. One dealer even said if you keep bills for oil & filter you can do it yourself and still keep warranty. They only question warranty if something major went wrong and they have reason to believe you haven't been regularly servicing it. Otherwise its hassle free and assumed valid.
