Shocking Zuma price...

Yes I did pay full price but I did expect it.
I have this months copy of Twist & Go with a full list of bike prices and the Zuma is the most expensive except Honda a Kawasaki, I think that £3400 for a next step up moped is expensive.

What are they comparing it to, Scoot? I must admit I didn't consider twist n go scooters and have no idea what they cost, but when I bought Gwen a year ago there weren't many alternatives...the aforementioned Honda and Kawasaki, the Sym Wolf, but nobody locally had one to even look, Yamaha had recently stopped importing the YBR250, Hyosung had just disappeared without trace, and the 350 Jawa, but there was no local dealer for that. I saw a couple of Korean bikes around locally but the standard of finish on them was awful so I didn't look any further! You could say I ended up with an Inazuma by default, but certainly no regrets!

I moved off scooters in favour of the Inazuma.

Scooters are very good in traffic, give good weather protection and are dead easy to clean, with no final drive chain to keep lubed 

However, most handle like drunken bar stools, are a nightmare to work on, and build quality isn't up to decent mileages.

I also have a Keeway 125 bought it this year as a toy great to nip into town etc etc.
I agree with what Rob said when I ride the Keeway it does put a smile on my face can beat any car from the lights very satisfying and in town NO gears.
If anybody interested well worth a read buy a copy of Twist & Go, dont get me wrong I love my Moist but still like a moped in garage.
Will also buy a 300cc or 400cc scooter soon.

Hi Blue a guy who comes with us has one he loves it as he is 79 and he keeps up with us ok.

Not a Burgman - they always look very big, heavy for commuting

I had an FS250 Honda and then a  Sym Citycom 300i. The latter was on 16" wheels which handled well enough, but by 20k miles, it needed a lot of money spending to keep it in decent shape.

It was good bike, but it needed a fair bit of work when I sold it and the dealer back up is terrible

yes I have
burgman 650
very large weight, consuming 5-6 liters, bulky, very expensive in maintenance and very expensive to buy / € 12,000 in austria
acceleration 0-100 kmh very good - 7 seconds
today I would not buy the scooter!
