This is what was replaced in my bike today. The new one was 20mm. I can now get my left foot ball onto the ground when seated on the bike. The blooming monkeys have scratched my baby though!!!!!!!! NOT IMPRESSED! I will be taking that up with them tomorrow husband picked bike up and didn't notice til he had it home. They have also dented the caps on my forks! 

So it looks like I will need the seat done too but I shall take it for a ride over the weekend and see.

As for photos.......you boys!!! Honestly!

Its apparently a part that sits on top of your spring and presses it down. The 'kit' is another, larger one of these which presses the spring down more.

I will get more pics on the weekend.

Here is the damage they did to my bike! I am to take it in next week to show them because of course they dont know how it happened!!!!!!
