Top speed

I have almost 5000km and today i decided to open it to see the top speed.
I push all the gears to the maximum, about 11krpm every gear.
And the top speed was at 144km/h!!!!!
I was impressed.
What's your top speed?

I've reached 120kmh, but without pushing myself and zuma to the limit...

p.s. I don't feel yet secure enough to open the throttle so much...

Nice one George I am impressed that's a good top speed! And your bikes not even red. Wait don't tell me you swapped the black for a red

I have been very reserved with her so far in all honesty, mainly as I am a new rider and don't want to over do it. Ride within my limits until I get more experienced. So the most I have opened her up to is onky 105kmph. But as we get towards the summer and I am not only riding in the city traffic I am gonna get out to the coast and see what she can do

Hi my bike has done 1000k ..run in as per YouTube
 And engineer friends..high revs and heaps of engine breaking  in all gears for the first 300k then change the oil and filter ..then it's run in .i had the bike upto 150 k after front sprocket changed and 600 k on the clock.        With room to move .... Feels bloody fast on a wee naked 250

   I'm mainly only in the city that's another reason why I have yet opened her up to full potential.

I'm around 3000 km's , I have seen 148 km/h on the speedometer only once.

Usually It can go to 140 easily, after that it builds up very very slowly.

Dont forget the speedo is reading very high, am fitting GPS on today so will let you know what I reach ok.

Fitted GPS and the results are.
On speedo 84mph give 78 on GPS also if ECO set light comes on when doing 60mph useful dont you think?
