Having to remove the fuel tank to change air filter is a PITA but unfortunately that's how it is on many, many bikes these days.

yes is hard to disassemble the fuel tank, and you need to have almost empty the tank, but the easier is loosen the screw, i thing the real difficult is unplug the wire harness and the fuel hose,

and about the oil filter you need just to tighten with the hand, you dont need another tool..

Certainly helps if you can plan things so that the fuel tank is nearly empty.

Just a few comments about my experience with oil filters..

When fitting a new one, rub some engine oil around the seal before putting it on.. it helps seal against the engine and will also improve the chances of it coming off again in a years time.

Several manufacturers make filters which have a nut welded on the top (e.g K&N), they are only about £2 more than an average priced standard one but are so easy to take off as you only need a socket or spanner, they are all I use now on my ER-5 after having an old one almost disintegrate when it wouldn't come off, for that bike its only £7 as opposed to £5 for a OEM one.

Note that your Inazuma Suzuki warranty requires all services to be done by a VAT registered dealer and with an original Suzuki branded filter so be careful if your thinking of doing it yourself and want to keep your warranty valid.

Good comment about putting some engine oil on, and I think it actually advises this as well in the manual.  re K&N as well
