Thanks guys, been a tough couple of days, even though I'm not hungry my bodies started craving some fats from the food. Iv countered this with sugar in the form of jam butties. Doesn't stop it but helps, it's just a stage you go through and should pass soon.

I couldn't resist weighing myself today and iv lost another 4 lb with 3 days of the week still to go, so should be more of by Saturdays weigh?

LOL the ale won    but getting there slowly but surely down from 15 n half to 15 n 1/4 , target was 15 stone but not really missing out just eating sensible so will carry on and see how it goes , should save on fuel plus go a wee bit faster ( bikes red of course  ) .

It's my two week weigh in tomorrow, and if it's somewhere near 1 stone I'll be a very happy chappy. But whatever the scales say I'm going to enjoy a chicken dinner with roasties parsnips Yorkshire puds stuffing made with sausage meat all the trimmings with lashings of gravy. Right I'm off to get some tissues cos I'm dribblin like a St. Bernard
