mate my opinion is that you should still take it to Suzuki, but as I said and others don't tell them about the pressure washer. Just some friendly concerned advice.

I'd certainly be worried about this. See what the Suzi dealer comes up with but make sure it can't happen again yourself by sealing all the joints in the instrument casing with clear flexible waterproof sealant. You'd only need to run a bit in with either your thumb or something like a lolly stick so that it can't be seen.

Warranty issues though with this so it may be best to wait until yours expires?

See the dealer, before you do anything yourself :002:

I hope you get it sorted but if it were me & after my warranty has expired I would do what I said in my last post just to make sure it can't happen again.

In fact I will do it with my own zuma (when I get it & post warranty)

Do you think it was water getting in or condensation forming from the cold (?) water you put on the bike?...just a thought...oh, and if you've got any spare sunshine left over send it over here, please!  :001:

Whatever the reason the instrument panel should be sealed by design in order to stop this sort of thing happening, especially when the panel is comprised of digital components.

PS grumpy can have the sunshine if I can have the warmth!
