I use Armr Moto jacket and trousers. Got them from a cracking motorcycle accessories retailer just south of Lincoln on the Newark road. For wet weather I use a jacket under the armr moto and over trousers, purchased for the princely sum of £8 from the range. I have been totally dry travelling about 35 miles to work. gloves I got for £20 from sMC Sheffield Motorcycles, armoured and lined and have been fine. Parked bike up for winter now. The gear was reasonably priced and I am impressed with the jacket and trousers. I will proof according to the other thread. 9The guy who owns the shop near lincoln is superb and really helpful. will post details if people are interested.

Since Indonesia is a tropical country with very hot summers and a lot of rain year round, I choose a RS Taichi mesh jacket and carry a rain coat from the same brand everywhere I go. The waterproof gloves are made by Komine, model number GK-145.

Its an armoured 3/4 length touring leather jacket for me, with a very lightweight old style wax cotton over jacket for winter.

I wear a pair of waterproof padded and armoured black textile trousers that look like jeans.

I'm a half face helmet with visor man.

Boots are sturdy engineer type boots, but have a pair of 'Derrie Boots' for torrential rain.

I guess my whole look is a bit retro and black.

Also have a one piece waterproof suit that fits over everything door long distance rides in Doomsday Weather, which is about once a month during an Irish winter lol.

Last week, daytime temperature was 1 to 4 Deg C and I found it got cold fast when the sun began to set.
    Spring coming soon though, Hurray.

    John.
