    I am trying to fabricate a homemade CRASHBAR STEEL. My father in law is a turner and we are trying to copy this one:
    Suzuki Inazuma gw250 Engine Guard Straight-Bar Stainless Slider Installation Instrucitons Guide
    wish me good luck, i will upload photos when the work is complited.

    Wow thats impressive especially if you pull it off. Maybe search the web for tech drawings of a suitable crashbar, or if any of the guys who have fitted one have any helpful measurements? Obviously it will have to be spot on to fit with no interference to other parts. Does your father-inlaw believe he can do it? Full respect by the way.  :028:

    it looks more heavier but only 2kg is great, I think the official suzuki one is about that? Can't wait to see pics of the end product. The design is much more simple than suzuki's but if it fits okay and does its job you are onto a winner :062:
