Found the Throttle position sensor needed adjustment, only a tiny amount to bring it back to correct -C00 setting. Running better with just a momentary hesitation around 8000rpm on a 20min run this morning. Will do longer ride when the weather is dryer.
We are having an Irish summer here and you guys are having a bit too much sun. We need some of your sunshine and you need some of our rain :001:

Will update you on how it goes.

    cheers
    David

    Hi,
nice that it seems you found a solution to your problem.

Here the weather is hot now, but in May and June we had so much rain that we believed to live in Northern Scotland.  :027:

    Cheers

No go Clack, drove down country for about half hour. Pulled in and stopped for couple of minutes. Got underway again and there was a loss of power and stuttering at 6000rpm. Give the throttle more definite twist and it clears and is fine. If I stop again it does it again.

Think I will have to leave in with shop to see if they can find the fault.

    Strange problem, really.
Hope you will catch and solve it.

Too much electronics in today's bikes, that's my opinion.

    Hi Clack

Changed the TPS sensor and the hesitation at 6 & 8K rpm seems solved. Put up 1500km since and no issues so far.

Wondering about your IAT sensor mod, if i can get one from you.

    Cheers

    Hi,
    excellent.  :062:
Sensors, electronics and so on seem to be the biggest source of problems by far.
About the IAT sensor mod, whenever you like, just send a PM.

    Cheers :002:

Hi, sorry I'm not very good at this. I hope this message is going to clack. I was looking at performance upgrades for my inazuma 250, as I feel it could go a bit better. I saw your post about the air/ fuel mixture and you have made something that goes near the air box. Is it easy to install and  if so can I get one? The bike is standard, apart from a 15t front sprocket. Can you help me with this, as I don't really want to buy a bigger bike, just a bit more oomph wld be nice. My 1976 Rd 250 had more poke than this suzy. Kind regards andy

Hi, Clack! I found this thread looking for ways to improve the performance of my inazuma and was wondering if you still had the sensor mod available or could tell me how to make it?
