My first visit to this forum. I recently bought my Suzuki GW250, a 2015 model, very low mileage. When bringing it home I only got about 10 miles and it shutdown on a FI fault according to the instrument panel. It was working flawless, so flawless that I decided to push it to top speed. It was heading towards the max of 138kph (85mph). When at 134 kph it just shutdown. Anyone here have similar experience. A local dealer is checking to see if it had its wiring harness recall upgrade. I stripped it down today checked fuel tank, air filter, all electrical connectors. No problems visible. At first I thought it might be a governor shutdown and that I was running right at it's max. I still think there may be something to it. The dealer suggested bringing it in for a code scan and I suspect I will do that. Any ideas?
