Cold start misfire at low revs
« on: June 03, 2021, 05:19:21 PM »
Hi all. Having a problem. On cold morning starts, my bike only fires on one cylinder. If i rev up to between 4k and 7k it fires on both and power is normal. As the engine warms up, usually after 5 minutes of riding, the problem goes away. Also occasionally have a FI error when switching on. Goes away after switching off and on again and then it's all fine.
Funds very tight otherwise I'd take it to the mechs to sort out. Any ideas? Service is up to date and no other problems.

Could be one of the spark plugs is failing.

Hope you got it sorted by now.
