My fuel MPG stats.

Hello..FYI these are all USA numbers.

1) I put 3.5 gallons in my tank @ $6 and some change
2) I went 225 miles on that tank
3) I refueled with 3.3 gallons @ $6 and some change

By those numbers, i got 68 miles per gallon and I can go well over 200 miles on one tank of gas costing about 6 bucks at the current prices.  Not bad at all!!!

  2019:  83.15 miles per Imperial Gallon. All miles were  commuting.

Slightly better than your  figures.

You need to know that 1 UK gal is equal to 1.2095 US gal.  This makes  mwe250 millage 82.25 MPG. Not bad.
