Shifting Gears issue?
« on: August 05, 2020, 08:29:19 PM »
Do any of you guys have any issues while shifting gears? IDK why but my shifting is a bit hard. Sometime when I shift 1st gear from idle it directly shifts to 2nd and when shifting down while braking, the gears got stuck in between 2 gears like it is in neutral when is it not and I have to press the shifter one more time to get out from that gear.
I hope i explained it right and you guys get an idea about my problem. Any suggestion?

Have a look at the gear lever and make sure it isn't worn or loose and that it is adjusted correctly. Check the clutch adjustment, that it is operating properly and disengaging fully. Both these are covered in the owner's handbook.

Issue resolved after cleaning the clutch box and adjusting the lever play.  :046: :046: :046:
