I could feel it through everything at all rpm to varying degrees but it had a really rough patch about 5000rpm.

By any chance, where you able to juggle the engine by hand at rest? as a test? or had to remove the bolt to have a look?

I could feel something was loose when I tapped the bars with a hammer  :002: I was surprised because it felt tight when I checked but when I took it out I discovered the thread lock.

The service schedule for the Inazuma has a list of bolts to check for tightness, amongst them are some of the engine mounts and exhaust bolts. The same for my other bike. Every so often I find one or two needing a tightening so if they have never been checked that would be a problem.
