Any former Honda Nighthawk CB 250 owners?

I happened across one on craigslist and noted that it had about 19 HP to the GW's 24, but 286 lbs (130 kg) to the GW's 400 (183 kg).  I am curious as to how riding it would feel compared to the Inazuma.  I am guessing vibration in upper rpm range would make it pale in comparision.  The Inazuma is pretty darn smooth.  Am I wrong?
