I liked my old cast-iron engine Royal Enfield 350 better for the much nicer low-end torque, comfort on long rides, ability to load/haul luggage, very simple access to the air filter and the ability to alter air:fuel with Mikuni jets on the carburetor. Generally speaking it was a bit more fun. On the downside it was less reliable, required constant checks for upcoming issues and the top end was slower (unlike the newer, better 350cc unit construction engine Enfields). Inazuma is fun too as I’m only getting to know it better with time. It’s easier to service yourself. I changed the oil and oil filter and serviced both the brakes and it was a breeze.
