:159: Sorry - fell off a ladder a couple of weeks ago and have not been online.  :125:

I refer back to my first post regarding this issue suggesting that the fuel lines etc. may be blocked?  :027:

If there was debris in your tank it can only have gone one way - into your fuel lines, pump, filter and injectors.

You now have a considerable task in order to get the bike running correctly again which involves stripping everything down from the outlet on the tank to the engine manifolds.

Regretably this is a very time consuming task but it will obviously clear up your issues. I am surprised that mechanic did not do this or suggest that it needed doing.

Depending on the type / amount of debris it could well be that the injectors will need replacing.   :110:

Not easy to do but can be done with a little patience and methodical approach.  :006:

I'm assuming the tank, fuel lines and injectors were all cleaned thoroughly. It's not the easiest of jobs.

Not sure where the "mud" might have come from ?? I wonder if it was the fuel going stale, it tends to go very dark and syrupy, if it's just left standing.

If the fuel is ok, could it be the air filter is partially blocked and strangling the engine at higher revs ?

Thank you all for your availability and your patience. I have just ordered a new air filter and tomorrow I will go to the mechanic to clean the injectors. I will let you know how my precious inazuma will go. A hug from Italy

The one issue that nobody has mentioned as they are all thinking in old mechanical terms is that the bike has an electronic brain that controls fuel, spark, timing etc.  It relies on sensors and if it is getting the wrong information you can change everything you want several times and not fix the issue.  Get the electronics checked by a specialist or the Suzuki dealer.
