    Hi Everyone
Just bought a 2013 red GW to commute into the west end of London rain or shine. It's got 12k miles on it but looks like new. I've fitted a new Pirelli on the back and given it a good going over, usual oil filters plugs and adjustments.
Been on a 650 SLR Honda for the last 8 years , only had to change it because of the new low emission zone starting in London next month. The inazuma's are such good value I couldn't resist one. It's a bit of a culture shock going from a big lumbering  single to a racy little twin .
    Great Forum

    Hi Riggsy,

Welcome to the group, I am only a few miles from you, I bought mine for a London commute also( Westminster) they are a great bike for commuting, light to filter on, good fuel consumption, and much easier on tyres and brake pads (than my 1250 Bandit anyway) you may have to change your riding style a bit, as racing other bikes away from the lights isn't so easy
(I learned the hard way ha ha ha), but a great bike for the purpose, I ride a blue/white one, , and I will watch out for you in the mornings !!!

Ya ! And Yay! Great little machine. I too, used to ride bigger machines. I've learned the meaning of "ride to live; live to ride". The GW is fantastic. It's a different fantastic to doing 140 in a corner. You can smell the roses now. Great move on your part. The impulse to set that landspeed record is still hard to subdue sometimes. The bike will teach us how to ride, though.

Yeah my Red Zuma seems to be going well. 4 return trips to work now still half a tank of fuel left.
I will be keeping an eye out for Inazuma's on my comute now ! Usual route  Blackheath /Old Kent Rd / Waterloo bridge .
Next job check my valve clearances now I received a genuine workshop manual of eBay.
    Happy riding

    Hi Riggsy,
yes I find I am using about a tenner of fuel a week, roughly 100 mile round trip, I use A20, Lewisham, Newcross, Camberwell, and Lambeth bridge going to work, but come through Blackheath on the return trip, will defo keep an eye out, ha ha ha
Valve clearances, mmmm yes they do suggest checking them every 3000 miles, I have just done my 12000 mile service, and still within tolerance, I have never had to adjust them so far.
I must admit I haven't seen the  workshop manual on ebay, I have been using the one online on this forum, I must see if I can get it as the one on here isn't totally clear.

    All the best
