With all the mods you have stated it would certainly appear to be running lean -

If you have money available and wish to just try altering the fuel delivery there are high performance fuel pump upgrades available:
The attached is supposed to offer a fuel delivery rate 20% greater than stock

last time i clean my fuel pump, i saw many rust on inside my fuel tank, the  strainer were fill with rust and block the fuel pump. in my opinion i want to change my fuel tank first, this rust was the suspect for my problem i think..

Ahh,

You never said in your original message that there was debris in the fuel.

The problem you are experiencing is clearly down to not enough fuel getting to the engine - therefore I suggested that you need a better fuel pump to enable more fuel to be delivered to the engine.

Changing a fuel pump will not help - debris will still eventually collect!

You have answered your own problem - new fuel tank is required!

You might want to look into the HP fuel filter bypass. V-Strom users have had very good results with this.

Second link is very complete. From my, several, fuel pump servicings, it looks like the mod is identical (sv650 users also have done it). Clearly it needs a good deal of preppping, getting all the right stuff, testing, etc, but it seems to pay off. Certainly if you are pushing you bike to higher RPMs...

Im also considering doing this mod, although I will see if I can get another OEM fuel hose and stick the filter in the middle (so I can use the original clips). My bike seems to have lost some power at the top end as well. I was able to accelerate easily from 100km/h to 130km/h (even slightly uphill)... now im struggling to get to 120km/h.  :003: Not that I want to go that fast, but its usefull for overtaking
