    Unless the starter switch itself is faulty, sounds like the clutch or sidestand cutout switches to me

    I'd also check the voltage across the battery, just in case it's lost it's charge or isn't charging adequately.
    Also the main fuse.

    Checked clutch and side stand all seems ok, all charging ok full battery charged she bumps of great.
    When I press start button headlight does not dim just nothing whats book say Rob.
    Have rung main dealer he said connections under tank had tank off all ok there.

    Can you hear the starter relay click, when you turn the ignition on ?
    It's under the left hand sidepanel, you can just see it if you take the seat off.

    Hi Rob is it the unit with the 30amp fuse, when I switch ignition on it does click yes and I have replaced fuse the one that was in was ok.
    I also have fuel tank off and all seems ok ,
    Have rung Doncaster Suzuki up they were not much help they said they will send a van to pick it up still waiting for a call. Bloody dealers once they have your money eh  :172:
