 Price update: I just bought a left Suzuki "Muffler" for  £134. Right one costs same,  cost of the rest of the system is horrendous. 
 Maintenanace note: if your INAZUMA sounds like a tractor JB weld may be a temporary solution.

Just to add my two penneth, Delkevic do a nice aftermarket stainless system that costs significantly less than the OEM systems. I think I paid about £280 for mine... Works well and made of much better metal than the OEM parts (which imho were made of monkey metal)...

I've seen the Delkevic system, tempted to get on for my Zuma. How was the fit? Did it need much faffing about to get it to fit? Any running issues after it was fitted? Cheers.
