Not sure where everyone gets their sprockets from mate. I got mine from Ali Express.

JT or Renthall could probably supply a rear sprocket, tho it might be worth looking at o/e Suzuki, some of the consumables aren't as expensive as you expect.

I'd definitely go for the DID chain tho, far better than the original

Thanks, I might have to go with Suzuki.. when on a couple of sites looking for a back sprocket for this bike and I may as well be looking into a washing machine as I don't know what I'm looking for really.

Don't know the size and other figures, Yes I will go with the DID chain

just ordered a 15t through jt....thanks all for the info here. I still have yet to even sit on my actual bike its 2 weeks away but dealer will supply and install the 15t for 100 cad (Canadian dollars) I was looking around 50 plush shipping just for the sprocket so ill let them so it all for another 50.  I apparently am the only guy they have ever heard of doing this here and they are the largest dealer around and one of the biggest in the country....

Make sure you get your 15T back off the dealer.. then sell it to make back a couple of $.
Sell it on ebay as a Ninga star fighting thingy.

Hi Tayto. I think advguy should ask for his 14T sprocket back.  They will be fitting the 15T sprocket on the bike for him.

Must grease my 15T sprocket.  Its been in the garage for a couple of months now because I have not yet had it fitted yet.     I don't want to affect the warranty.

Problems with reading again?  Read my last line.  I think, no don't think, I know it said DID.

So if you were going to replace your chain, on the bike that is, not the one around your leg, would you use a:- 520 VD or 420 VO or 520 Vx2.  Now look at this carefully.  If you have anymore problems with the reading maybe you can get some help.  Any help would be very much appreciated. xx

I have just a look at that link that  tookadum put on ref Ali Express.  Scroll right down to the bottom of the page and it shown 15T sprocket.  Sprocket with a red ring around the inside.  It seems they still do produce them.  Good luck.

So I goes onto the DID site that you posted above and cant seem to find an O'ring chain for my GW... I know it's there but I just don't know which one it is,
Can you's copy the link for me please, I also need a link for the rear sprocket,

Already ordered the 15T so I'm A 1/3 of the way there, I can see why some folk say "Oh bugger it, let the dealer do it"  But not me.. if anyone's going to make a  of it  then it should be me

But, regarding o-ring and x-ring chains:
As motorcycle technology and power output has increased, chain design has had to improve with it. So for bigger and more powerful bikes, non O Ring chains have been very much superseded by O Ring and X Ring chains. These position a sealing ring between the inner and outer chain plates. Before riveting in the factory, the internal parts of the chain are filled with chain grease by vacuum. The sealing rings then have two purposes: to keep the internal lubrication in, and to keep the dirt out, thus vastly improving the durability of the chain. O rings were available first and the ring is literally O shaped. As the two plates push on either side of the O ring, it distorts to have two flat sides to its shape. This is great for sealing and great for most uses but it creates considerable friction which saps the bike's power.

That in turn led to the development of X Ring chains. X describes the shape of the ring. Instead of having an O shape it now has an X shape. This means that when pressed between the chain plates, it no longer has a flattened O ring shape but instead has two smaller faces touching either plate in an X shape. This gives you the same great sealing and durability but now with very low friction. The perfect chain!
