mid price helmet but seriously wind proof

  could you suggest a really wind proof helmet? this is for me the only needing, cos i have lot of head ache during winter because my cheap helmet let pass air because the shield doesn't close well around the corners. have some experience? i have seen nice budget like

I have a Shark Vision R helmet similar to this: http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/shark-vision-r-series-2-helmet-solid

It is my first helmet so I don't know if it is noisy or not but I haven't felt it is too bad. It doesn't leak when it rains and the sun visor is nice to have. It also has a pin-lock so it doesn't fog up on cold mornings.

Have a look at Caberg helmets, I've had one for a couple of years and am very pleased with it...nicely finished and comfortable, the only negative I've got is it's a little noisy at very high speed but that's not really a problem on an Inazuma!

I think nearly all well-known brand helmets should have good fitting visors these days, it's a matter of finding one that is a good fit for your head so try lots on and find one that fits 'you' best...for example, I like the look of AGV helmets but they just don't fit me well because of the shape of my head!

I have to agree with Grumpy,test a few helmet out first,it's not the one's that look good ,it's the helmet that fits the best.Make sure you get the correct size as well,if it's to big you get alot of movement and a sore neck,if it's to small you can get alot of headaches.Good luck and choose well,a good and comfortable helmet makes a big difference to the enjoyment of motorcycling.
